The story of the Park Ave BnB begins over 170 years ago. Originally named the Porter Hotel, its purpose was to host railroad and stagecoach travelers. Over the years the structure served as a hotel, a private residence, a nursing home, and a multi-family rental until being purchased by Val Ciciotti and Kevin McCarthy in 2017. Since then the couple has undertaken countless renovation projects to restore this iconic Brockport landmark into the hospitable BnB you recognize it as today.
