Important Information For Your Stay

House Rules

If you wish to have visitors during the day, please let us know prior to their arrival. You may have visitors in first floor common areas, no visitors on the second floor in bedrooms, and no overnight-unregistered guests.
Children: We strive to provide a quiet, restful, and relaxing environment for our adult guests. We consider children 12 and older young adults, and as such they are welcomed with adult supervision.
Please remove shoes at the entry as you would in anyone’s home. We provide slippers, or you may bring your own.
Pets: It saddens us to say, we cannot accommodate pets.
CHECK-IN starts at 3:00 PM. Please contact us prior to noon if you can not check in during the appointed time. We can then arrange an alternate time for your check-in.
CHECK-OUT is 10:00 AM.
Gratuities: In response to inquiries from our guests, please note that staff members are permitted to accept gratuities.

Important Information

Smoking: our property is smoke free inside and out. No burning of candles or incense is permitted. Evidence of smoking or burning of candles or incense in rooms may result in cleaning charges that start at twice your nightly room rate.
Drugs: this is a drug free establishment. No illegal or recreational substances are permitted on the property. Any person under the influence or known to be in possession of such on the property will be asked to depart. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Firearms: not permitted in the home or on the grounds at any time.
Damages and Liabilities: Guests will be charged for damages to BnB property

Directions to Brockport

From the East
From NYS Thruway Exit 45 (Victor) take I-490 through Rochester and west to exit 8 for Route 531. Take 531 to the end at Washington Street. Follow signs to Brockport (six miles) by taking Route 31 west.

From the West
From NYS thruway Exit 47 (LeRoy) take Route 19 north to Brockport (about 13 miles).

From the South
From Interstate 390 north, take I-490 west. Follow directions from points east, above. Exit 8 is one mile west of I-390.
