Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received before 14 days prior to the arrival date – a cancellation charge of $25 will apply.
Cancellations, or changes to the reservation, received within 14 days of the arrival date – a charge equivalent to the initial reservation deposit will apply.
Cancellations received on the same day of arrival and/or no shows – a charge equivalent to the entire reservation will apply.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 non-refundable processing fee.
Park Ave Bed and Breakfast Guest Policies
CHECK-IN starts at 3:00 PM. Please contact us prior to noon if you can not check in during the appointed time. We can then arrange an alternate time for your check-in. CHECK-OUT is 10:00 AM.
If you wish to have visitors during the day, please let us know prior to their arrival. You may have visitors in first floor common areas, no visitors on the second floor in bedrooms, and no overnight-unregistered guests.
Children: We strive to provide a quiet, restful, and relaxing environment for our adult guests. We consider children 12 and older young adults, and as such they are welcomed with adult supervision.
Please remove shoes at the entry as you would in anyone’s home. We provide slippers, or you may bring your own.
Pets: It saddens us to say, we cannot accommodate pets.
Gratuities: In response to inquiries from our guests, please note that staff members are permitted to accept gratuities.
Smoking: our property is smoke free inside and out. No burning of candles or incense is permitted. Evidence of smoking or burning of candles or incense in rooms may result in cleaning charges that start at twice your nightly room rate.
Drugs: this is a drug free establishment. No illegal or recreational substances are permitted on the property. Any person under the influence or known to be in possession of such on the property will be asked to depart. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Firearms: not permitted in the home or on the grounds at any time.
Damages and Liabilities: Guests will be charged for damages to BnB property
